Miami Themo means "My lights". I must thus go on my ways and my thought, in order to clarify and bring light in the life of others and to satisfy their needs in my better."


Miami Themo was born on a January 27 in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.

 

He has grown up in Geneva, Switzerland, since 1983, and began his vocational training as an actor in 1997 at the Conservatoire de Genève, Ecole Supérieure d’Art Dramatique ESAD. Student of Claude Stratz, he obtained his diploma three years later.

 

Since then, we have seen him in Theatres, under the direction of Leyla Aubert, Anne Marie Delbart, Isabelle Isperian, Brigitte Jacques, Charles Joris, Jean Liermier, Monique Mani, Richard Vachoux and Edmond Vullioud.

 

He has appeared in the feature film "Neutre (Neutral)" directed by Xavier Ruiz and "Potlatch" by Pierre Maillard.

 

He has also appeared in Daniel Calderon’s short film "Conducting an emotional debriefing", which is used as a teaching aid for the International Committee of the Red Cross.

 

In 2003, in order to improve in his art, Miami joint the famous school The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Los Angeles, Hollywood, where he worked under the direction of James DiStefano, Larry Gold and Cathleen Leslie (member of The Actors Studio).

 

Eager to work in the movie industry as a confirmed actor, screenwriter, producer or a director, he launched himself into the creation of his own cinematographic scripts
